FoloMeet — an internal app for the client organisation · In effect since 8 September 2026

FoloMeet is an internal app for recording the tasks agreed in meetings, who owns each one, and when it is due. This page describes what the app actually stores — not a list of possibilities, but what is in its database today.

What we collect

What we deliberately do NOT store

Meeting transcripts and recordings never reach our servers. When you paste a meeting summary, the text is read inside your own browser; only the result is stored — task titles, owners, and deadlines. The original text is gone as soon as the page is closed.

The reason isn’t technical: meeting minutes contain things that do damage if they leak. Storing them would turn this app from a task tracker into the organisation’s confidential archive, and that is a responsibility we don’t take on.

Tracking

None. This site runs no analytics service, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels of any kind. We don’t know which pages you open or for how long.

The only thing stored in your browser is the session token from the authentication service, so you don’t have to sign in again and again. The token stays on your device and is removed when you press Sign out.

Who can see what

Third-party services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data about you, ask for corrections if anything is wrong, and ask for your account to be deleted. Note that deleting your name does not delete tasks agreed in meetings — those records belong to the organisation and are kept, no longer linked to your account.

Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes too. Changes involving new kinds of data will be communicated directly to members, not just written here.
